Sharaf Travel wins award for customer satisfaction

Sharaf Travel Services was recently awarded the Statement of Assessment by DNV Business Assurance, one of the world’s leading certification bodies offering the latest in management systems certification service. Sharaf Travel Services was part of a ground breaking pilot initiative in association with DNV Group and is the first company worldwide to receive the DNV’s statement of assessment on the customer satisfaction monitoring process.

Receiving the award, Salah Sharaf, chairman of Sharaf Travel said “This attestation  is the culmination of a systematic quality audit on the customer satisfaction monitoring and measurement processes by DNV and will greatly  contribute to the enhancement  of the  quality and content of the portfolio of services offered by the Sharaf Travel group.”
