Bahrain launched the Bahrain Centre of Responsible Tourism (BCRT) at last month’s World Travel Market in London, UK, during its ‘World Responsible Day’. BCRT will be operated under the umbrella of Bahrain Human Rights Watch Society (BHRWS), established in 2004. The BCRT initiative is the first of its kind in the Arab world. Seen at the event are BHRWS secretary general Faisal Fulad,  UNWTO secretary general Dr Taleb Rifai and BCRT chairman and director of business human tights Abdulla Abdul-Aziz.
