THE HR department of Abu Dhabi’s Beach Rotana has opened of two counters in the employee area of the hotel for flight ticket and vacation bookings to provide improved access and convenience for employees who are planning a trip.
The HR team also negotiated discounted rates with selected travel agencies which are used for vacation bookings and update with special offers.
The flight reservation team is also available 24/7 in case of emergency flight requirements.
Beach Rotana’s director of human resources, Ziad Makhlouf, said: “This initiative is one of many we have been implementing to make the lives of our employees more convenient. We listen to their comments, suggestions and concerns and this initiative came up as a proactive suggestion during one of our team meetings. I am very happy to see it working.”
