BEACH Rotana Abu Dhabi has announced the opening of its newest restaurant Essence, which is a redesign project on the existing Rosebuds outlet.
Entering through a mashribiya-surrounded gateway amongst Arabesque ceiling decorations, guests walk into an oasis with the lively feel of a market place; a nourishing sanctuary combining the essence of Arabia and a subtle, modern touch. The aromas of freshly baked croissants and breads, the sprawling chocolate fountain, the smoking-hot Tandoori oven and the live shawarma and saj stations will send tastebuds on a journey of culinary discovery.
Essence is an all-day dining, international restaurant which will serve a large variety of dishes from around the globe for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant prides itself on various live cooking stations which include an indoor bakery, a Tandoor oven and stations on which sushi and mouth-watering salads such as fattoush, tabouleh and Caesar salad will be prepared right in front of guests’ eyes.
The restaurant seats a total of 196 covers, 136 inside the dining area, eight at the bar counter and 52 outside on the cosy terrace with views overlooking the courtyard and hotel gardens.
