Due to the unique contour of the tower, each room will have a different shape and orientation and the ‘sky lobby’ will be suspended 80 m above the ground on the 18th floor, offering panoramic views of the city.
The 35-storey tower, with its staggering shape, orientation and design, is owned and developed by Adnec. It has been built to lean 18 degrees westwards – more than four times the angle of the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa.
