Eddé Sands Tropical Spa in Lebanon launched its first Wellness Week in mid October as part of a promotion to help guests keep their summer fitness up during the winter.
Wellness Weeks will also run from December 6 and in January, March and May and offer participants unlimited opportunities to reflect, learn and grow from self-discovery and wellness activities with classes either daily or for the full week.
Guests will learn to nourish the body, mind, heart and spirit. Whether it’s cooking classes with Peruvian wellness chef Brisa Deneumostier, meditation and well-being workshops with Manuel Kolker, nutritional programmes, yoga and exercise classes or slimming treatments at the world-renowned tropical spa, Eddé Sands has a breadth of activities that will make the heart pump and the head think.
Soulful interactions with Eddé Sands’ phenomenally focused specialists will help guide participants toward transformative inner balance which is sure to lead to positive and lasting change.
Wellness Week at Eddé Sands can be the catalyst for a healthy lifestyle change, an escape and support through challenging times or simply somewhere to rest, reflect and re-energise as the winter season approaches.
Wellness Weeks will run through to June 2011 but the Eddé Sands spa is open all year round and staff are happy to create tailor-made packages.
The Byblos resort offers a range of VIP rooms, beachfront bungalows and cabanas as well as the Sands Hotel.
The traditional spa, which has a well-deserved reputation for excellence, offers various treatments, alongside the Wellness Week packages, and Eddé Sands also has a variety of restaurants and bars to cater to every taste.
