Novotel Al Dana Resort ... offering a host of summer activites

WHILE summer is traditionally a quiet season for hotels in Bahrain in terms of occupancy, one hotel is upbeat about its prospects this year.

The Novotel Al Dana Resort offers a summer programme that has been carefully tailored to suit the needs of each and every individual, regardless of their age. At BD33++ for a single room and BD 35++ for a double room per night, the hotel’s summer seasonal deal is a great chance to enjoy the complete Novotel experience, geared to cater to business and leisure travellers alike.
Available until August 31, the package offers a night’s stay in a deluxe room, inclusive of buffet breakfast. In addition, the hotel has a several summer activities on the menu.
'What we have planned for this summer will make the season sizzle with activity,' said Thomas Zarsadias, the hotel’s executive assistant manager. From mug-painting to kite-making, windsurfing and kayaking, even diving lessons, plus more easy-going fun activities such as fishing, henna painting and board games to more adrenaline pumping ones such as kick-boxing or aerobics or the buzz of jet-skis and the powerboat, guests at the hotel are bound to find themselves with the pleasant headache of 'so much to do, and so little time'.
Added Zarsadias, 'We may have been open for only just over a year now, but it's been a year where we have concentrated on fine-tuning our product and activities for the summer season, so much so that our guests will certainly not be bored ...and all the while we offer value for money which others can only talk about! When guests compare what we have to offer in terms of services and facilities against those available at other five-star hotels in the city, they realise that what we offer is sheer value for money. Our rooms are more spacious and exude a cosy, cooling comfort – the French je ne sais quoi with a traditional Arabic slant!'
Complemented by an excellent range of sports and recreation facilities, including a breathtaking free-form swimming pool fringed by the most colourful landscape plus it's very own private beach, you couldn't ask for more at Novotel Al Dana Resort. Or could you? 'Our cuisine has set tongues wagging right across this island nation,' said Zarsadias. The hotel also prides itself on it’s Dolfi Club concept, which ensures that the young ones too enjoy their meals, with special menus available, plus a dining area where children can also have fun with art.
