Five-star hotel chain Radisson SAS Hotels and Resorts has appointed Adrian Ort, 41, as its food and beverage vice-president.
"This new position will provide our organisation with firm and inspired management in food and beverage operations, both managed and outsourced, and create culinary value to our brand," said Radisson SAS Hotels and Resorts president and chief executive officer Kurt Ritter.
Ort of Switzerland will move to the company's corporate head office in Brussels, Belgium, from his previous position as food and beverage director at the Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel in Copenhagen.
Ort would be responsible for the development of new creative food and beverage concepts for the chain. Ort joined Radisson SAS in 1985 and has worked in Scandinavia, Singapore and Kuwait.
