Etihad Aviation Group has appointed Gavin Halliday as managing director of Hala Group, its destination management and global loyalty unit. Halliday will lead the new global loyalty company, which brings together Etihad Guest with the loyalty programmes of other partner airlines. He will start in September 2017.
