Le Jeddah Meridien has appointed Gerard Percheron as food and beverage manager, the hotel said.
Percheron a French national, was previously the executive chef in the same property and brings with him a wealth of know-how after five years in Saudi Arabia.
He has previously worked with Maxim's in Paris, Forte in Poland and with Hyatt in Mexico and Morocco.
Le Jeddah Meridien has four restaurants and a large banqueting department.
