Le MŽridien Kuwait hotel has announced the appointment of three new team members in the business development department and the banquet operations department.
Huda Malhas joins as marketing communications manager. She will head the hotel's marketing communications and public relations department. Malhas brings five years of experience in the hotel industry, having previously worked with Marriott International in Amman and more recently in Dubai as field marketing manager at the Worldwide Sales Office, Middle East, Africa and Subcontinent. Malhas is from Jordan, and has graduated from Brussels with a bachelor's degree in business and management. Another newcomer is Igor Ruge. He joins the business development team as assistant groups and events manager. He will help the newly created groups and events department in strengthening its structure and in increasing the level of service and quality. The third addition to the team at Le MŽridien Kuwait is Jesper Vilsoe who joins as senior conference and banqueting operations manager. He comes with a wealth of experience in operations having worked for 10 years in the hospitality industry in Europe. Vilsoe will oversee all banqueting and outside catering operations and aims to implement new and innovative procedures, thus adding a more modern touch to a traditional working style.
