Al Bustan Centre & Residence announced at ATM the construction of its state-of-the-art lobby, which, once operational, will transform the entire property’s landscape.
The property also announced at the show the strategic steps it had taken to promote tourism in the country.
Moussa El Hayek, CEO Al Bustan Centre & Residence, said, “The event represented a significant platform for the launch of the new lobby and a host of facilities it offers. Millions of dirhams have been invested in the new feature to provide better facilities and more comfort to our guests.
He said that the pavilion created a high level of buzz from the travel industry. “The property offers a diverse range of services and entertainment choices for the whole family which entices business and leisure visitors alike. All these factors have resulted in the property’s strong growth over the years.” He said he expected it to grow by 12 per cent compared to 8 per cent last year.
The property also showcased several of its new initiatives planned for the current and coming years, which included a wide portfolio of cultural, tourism and entertainment events for guests this summer.
Moussa said that the property has been consistently making strong presence at all leading international travel and tourism events, including participating in exhibitions in India and Kazakhstan and appearing in this ATM came after a resounding success it achieved last year.
Al Bustan Centre and Residence comprises 640 suites, a comprehensive shopping mall with over 80 outlets and one of the biggest indoor amusement arcades in the UAE. It is situated within easy distance from Dubai’s business district and is about five minutes away from Dubai International Airport.
