Dnata says Marhaba to India
Following the successful promotion of Marhaba Services in Sri Lanka and Pakistan, Dnata has teamed up with Kuoni Travel Group of India, the country's foremost travel conglo-merate, to market Marhaba’s wide range of passenger-assistance services in India.

The agreement paves the way for travellers from India to book Marhaba services such as exclusive meet-and-greet; assistance with immigration and customs clearance; CityStop packages for transfer passengers; auxiliary services like floral bouquets, porterage and limousine service. All the services can be booked before travel to or via Dubai from Kuoni India outlets. For a small fee, travellers can also access the Marhaba passenger lounges at terminal one at Dubai airport, regardless of the airline of travel.
Meanwhile, the agency’s retail arm, Dnata Travel will open at least 40 outlets in Lingo Retail stores in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Gazette reported. Lingo is a Saudi-based retail chain that sells electronics and IT products. The first outlet under the agreement has opened at Roshan Mall in Jeddah.

Ancient Egypt in Bahrain
VISITORS to Bahrain can see The Treasures of Ancient Egypt up close at an exhibition running at the Bahrain National Museum. The exhibition has 122 objects on loan from the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, including pieces from the tomb of King Tutankhamun. It runs daily until July 31.

UAE to get second Ferrari park
ALDAR, Abu Dhabi’s leading integrated property development company, has announced the signing of an exclusive contract with Ferrari to construct the Ferrari Theme Park on Aldar’s YAS Island project. Work has already begun on the project. Built around the legendary Italian auto company and featuring an interesting mixture of attractions, the theme park will consist of family rides, driving school and virtual simulations as well as retail merchandising for people who wish to truly live Ferrari. An earlier Ferrari theme park has been announced in Dubai.

Fast cars in Abu Dhabi
FAST Rent A Car has launched car rental services at the newly built Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in Abu Dhabi, offering visitors easy and convenient access to its range of transportation services. The branch which is Fast’s 16th outlet in the country and supports Abu Dhabi's emergence as a major MICE centre.

Lebanese restaurant website up
LEBANON’S restaurants are now online, with the tourism ministry suppor-ting a website to woo tourists and help revive tourism in the war-torn country, according to The Daily Star. The site, www. restovisa.com, offers $25 vouchers for restaurants, with a minimum purchase of four.
