It will be Marriott’s third property in Cairo and ninth in Egypt.
When open, the Marriott Executive Apartments Cairo Nile Dolphin will be part of a mixed-use residential complex being developed on the west bank of the Nile river, 25 minutes’ drive south of the city center and easily accessible from the main ring road. It is approximately 30km from Cairo International Airport. The development also includes four 10-storey apartment buildings, a 20-slip marina, four stand-alone restaurants, a 4,000sqm shopping centre, a private health club, a 900 square meter conference centre and a 230 meter private Nile River promenade. Cairo-based Pavilion International Consulting are the architects.
Says Ed Fuller, president & managing director of international lodging for Marriott International. “Our MEA brand has a loyal following among  travelers who need a little more space than a traditional hotel may offer or who plan to be in a location for an extended period of time. We fully expect this property to be a success from Day One.”
The Marriott Executive Apartments Cairo Nile Dolphin will offer fully furnished and equipped one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.  Recreational amenities will include an indoor swimming pool with an outdoor barbecue area and a health and leisure club offering men’s and women’s lockers with separate sauna and whirlpool. The property will also host a casual coffee shop serving three meals daily and which will be equipped with an internet café and a Grab & Go kiosk. Other amenities will include a resident’s lounge, room service serving a limited menu, and underground parking.
Currently, there are 13 Marriott Executive Apartments properties in major gateway cities around the world including two in Dubai.
