Air Arabia offers customers a café style atmosphere where they can relax and make bookings over the internet at individual kiosks with staff on hand to guide and assist them. Payments can be made by credit card online or even by cash. The shop with its contemporary, funky and informal design reflects the ethos of the airline which flies the best brand new aircraft and hires the best professionals. Customers are encouraged to use the self-service kiosks to book online in six easy steps or if they prefer, staff will make bookings for them. The layout of the shop is very friendly and relaxed with no barriers between customers and staff.
