Golden Tulip expands in Dubai, Dammam

GOLDEN Tulip Hotels, Inns and Resorts has announced the signing of the franchise agreements of the Golden Tulip Al Hamra Dammam in Saudi Arabia and the upcoming hotel Tulip Inn Knowledge Village in Dubai.

Both hotels are managed by Golden Tulip’s long-term partner in the Middle East & North African region, Flamingo Hotel Management.
The Golden Tulip Al Hamra Dammam, a modern hotel, features 148 rooms and is located in the centreof the business area of Dammam. The hotel’s conference and meeting facilities can accommodate receptions for up to 250 delegates and the property features multiple restaurants and a fitness facility, squash courts and sauna. The Tulip Inn Knowledge Village will be built in Dubai’s booming city development Knowledge Village and will feature 40 rooms. The hotel is expected to open its doors in early 2005.
