FOUR Seasons Hotels and Resorts is set to make its entry into the prestigious Dubai market in 2006.

The group will manage a luxury waterfront hotel at the upcoming Dubai Festival City  (DFC) and will oversee the Al Badia 18-hole championship golf course and other associated amenities, according to a report.
The hotel will have 250 rooms and villas, a destination spa, five restaurants and a range of conference and banqueting facilities.
The Al Futtaim Group, developers behind the 1,600-acre Dubai Festival City project, has signed a letter of intent with Four Seasons. The hotel is estimated to cost Dh700 million.
Four Seasons Hotel Dubai will be located on the banks of Dubai Creek, adjacent to the Al Badia Golf Resort; offering magnificent views of the golf course on one side, and the waters of the creek on the other. Dubai Festival City is a huge waterfront retail and leisure complex along the creek.
