THE Beach Rotana Hotel & Towers announced the opening of the new Finz Seafood Restaurant, which is the fifth new outlet and the tenth restaurant at the Beach Rotana Hotel & Towers.
Hotel general manager Omer Kaddouri said, “Expectations change and the hotel is constantly working to meet – and exceed – these in the quest for happy eaters. Finz is an additional choice for the Abu Dhabi market.”
Finz offers a wide variety of seafood in a relaxed, upmarket atmosphere. The restaurant is a unique wooden structure built on a pontoon-like base overlooking the sea. The menu primarily focuses on seafood and offers a large variety of cooking methods from Asian-style to Tandoori, with signature dishes adopting the Portuguese Cataplana style, as well as the more traditional methods.
