Jumeirah Group recently celebrated the first 19 graduates from its “Kafaát” training programme. Launched in collaboration with Dubai College of Tourism (DCT), NAFIS and the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation, the tailor-made five-week training programme was developed to hone and nurture Emirati talent aspiring for a future in the country’s hospitality market.
