Maxim chefs win awards


Since the opening of Maxim Plaza, White Knight Resort in Egypt, success and achievements are the targets of Maxim’s strategy.

At the recently-held Egyptian Chefs Association - the annual contest between hotel chefs of Egypt - the hotel won the Bronze Medal for presentation, especially the chocolate as well as the bakeries and the garde mange presentations.

The winners from the hotel were excecutive chef, Ibrahim El-Tony, assistant sauce Chef Khalil Mousa, pastry chef, Ahmed A Salam, bakery chef, Medhat Hamdy, and garde mange chef, Khaled Mounir.
