Dubai based Fusion Marketing Management will be unveiling the latest addition to the prestigious Stein Group collection, The Gran Hotel La Florida at the forthcoming ATM.
Recently appointed as the Middle East representation office for the Stein Group, Fusion will be promoting the Stein collection and in particular the new Gran Hotel La Florida to the travel trade at ATM. Dominating the great city of Barcelona from the top of Mount Tibidabo, the luxurious Hotel La Florida opened originally in 1925. Seventy-eight years later, in Spring 2003, the Gran Hotel La Florida will re-open following a renovation program that will not just re-capture but exceed its previous luxury and splendour, said a hotel official. The hotel is privately owned and is the latest addition to the prestigious Stein Group collection of luxury European hotels which comprises Gran Hotel Son Net in Mallorca, Durley House in London and Blakes in Amsterdam. David Stein, a real-estate mogul from New York, is spending $42 million to renovate the historic Hotel Florida in Tibidabo. The new property will retain the façade of this catalogued building, but will feature a new interior capturing the elements from the '20s. It will comprise 74 rooms and suites, eight of them designed by famous designers, all with personal butler. Some of the rooms have private gardens and Jacuzzi and/or terraces. Food connoisseurs will appreciate the Barcelona L'"rangerie gourmet fine dining restaurant with its Mediterranean cuisine and spectacular views of the city. For a more lively evening there is a private club with live Jazz music. And for that special pampering there is a full service Spa with Natura Bissé products, and both an outdoor and indoor infinity swimming pool overlooking the city. The Stein Group's philosophy is to combine the best of the healthy and pleasurable Mediterranean lifestyle with the excitement and convenience of today's modern world. This vision and philosophy will be embodied and implemented throughout his hotels worldwide.
