Palm Developers announced the launch of its state-of-the-art Call Centre, which seeks to manage the large volume of calls that the project is receiving on a daily basis. The Call Centre, which is operated by Cupola Teleservices is based out of the new Palm Sales Centre and forms the first step of The Palm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
"The Palm's Call Centre is of primary importance to the project to ensure that we handle the broad scope of enquiries in an efficient and effective manner. Over the coming years our customer base is only going to expand, with the launch of further Palm properties, and the Call Centre will form a crucial service in our overall CRM program to support this growth. Our objective is to provide quick and accurate information to customers, clients and staff," said Saif Sultan Al Shamsi, managing director, Commercial for The Palm. The Call Centre, staffed by a bi-lingual team, can be contacted on 800-5554 and will answer all general queries relating to the project and re-direct more detailed queries to the appropriate Palm Executives. The Palm Call Centre is operational from 9am to 6pm Saturday to Wednesday, and from 9am to 5pm on Thursday. The Palm Sales Centre is located on the oceanfront, next to Royal Mirage and across from Dubai Media City.
