A Grande boost for Dubai hotel

Four Points by Sheraton in Bur Dubai, the popular Starwood property in the emirate's financial belt, has unveiled spectacular new rooms.

They are Executive and Grande rooms and general manager Habib Khan says "both categories ensure the needs of business travellers are met and provide efficient and professional service".

The Grande rooms have even more amenities than their Executive counterparts. The Grande rooms also boast views of the bustling financial strip and Bur Juman area. Services in the rooms include complimentary airport transfers, complimentary buffet breakfast at the Promenade (all day dining restaurant), in-room personal computer with Internet access, steam press, electronic in-room safe, voice mail and a 4pm late check-out.

"We always look forward to fulfilling our guests' expectations and providing total customer satisfaction, that's why the concept of Executive and Grande rooms was developed," said Khan.

"Busy travellers work very long hours. We are meeting the demands of our guests."

The Four Points is the only branded property in bustling Bank Street, the commercial hub of the city. The area is home to most banks, airline offices and many hi-tech firms.

Khan says the new-look rooms are a "boon to the travelling corporate client as well as local businessmen keen to use the modern conference facilities".

Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai also boasts one of the famous North Indian restaurants in UAE, the Antique Bazaar. The Indian eatery is a treasure trove of priceless antiques from the subcontinent.

Khan said the Four Points brand is going through boom times in the US and this will flow on to the Gulf.

"Of the Starwood family, the fast-growing brand at the moment is Four Points," said Khan.
