All the facilities will be linked by pedestrian walkways, say the developers. A grand ballroom, a banquet ballroom and meeting rooms besides an outdoor function courtyard are planned, significantly boosting conference and convention facilities available in Qatar. The hotel will also feature a health club with squash courts, exercise areas, spa and juice bar besides a tennis centre with two open-air courts and exhibition seating. An outdoor grotto pool and beach frontage are expected to be key attractions for visitors and local residents alike. A 232-car parking area will also be built at the hotel, according to the developers.
