Aedas secures design contract for 100-key Capella Diriyah hotel project

Aedas, a leading global architecture and design practice, has secured the design and project architecture contract for a 100-key hotel project - Capella Diriyah by Aedas - coming up over a 14,168 sq m area within the Northern District of the giga Diriyah development in Saudi Arabia.

Indian infrastructure group Ashoka Buildcon said its joint venture with Saudi-based BEC Arabia Contracting has secured the main construction works contract for a hotel project within Saudi Arabia's giga development - Diriyah, The City of Earth, coming up near Riyadh.
