Four Seasons, in partnership with Dubai-based real estate investment company Bright Start, has announced plans for Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC, expanding its luxury residential portfolio in the emirate.

H&H Development, a UAE-based real estate developer, will oversee the project, which will mark Four Seasons’ second standalone, new-build residential offering in Dubai.

The development will comprise 52 luxury homes within a mixed-use project designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect David Chipperfield.

Located in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the residences will be arranged across four aligned towers.

The development aims to combine luxury living with proximity to the city’s financial, cultural and lifestyle destinations.

Residents will be a five-minute drive from Burj Khalifa and approximately 15 minutes from Jumeirah Beach.

The project will offer a combination of private residential living, personalised hospitality services and access to amenities across Four Seasons’ existing Dubai properties.

“We are thrilled to redefine the living experience in one of Dubai's most distinguished locations," expresses Shahab Lutfi, CEO of Bright Start. “The upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences in DIFC has already experienced exceptionally high demand and I am confident that future homeowners will rest assured knowing that one of their greatest investments is priced to compete in Dubai’s dynamic luxury branded residential market. The limited availability paired with the development’s strategic location at the heart of the global financial hub promises an unparalleled blend of timeless luxury and modern convenience. Adding Four Seasons legendary service, property management, and amenities to this vibrant community and visionary residential development will create a new living experience that is second to none."

Four Seasons will manage the properties, with a dedicated Director of Residences overseeing service delivery and the resident experience.

The company said its residential management model is designed to maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship and personalised service, whether homeowners are in residence or travelling.

The development’s location along Gate Avenue will place residents near luxury retailers, art galleries, restaurants and architectural landmarks.

Homeowners will also have access to experiences at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre, including priority reservations for wellness, dining and beach activities.

Residences will range from 378 to 923 square metres (4,068 to 9,935 square feet), with interiors fully fitted and furnished by Tihany Design, an internationally recognised design studio.

The homes will feature soaring ceilings, travertine flooring, natural light and Italian-made materials and fixtures.

Bedrooms and bathrooms will emphasise space, privacy and relaxation, incorporating craftsmanship and locally inspired design elements.

Each residence will include an outdoor terrace overlooking downtown Dubai, landscaped pedestrian gardens or the development’s retail courtyard.

Additional features will include dedicated office space, a family room, a laundry room and separate service entrances.

Two bespoke penthouses will offer living areas starting at 1,700 square metres (18,298 square feet), with each featuring a private swimming pool.

Amenities will be concentrated on the building’s entire 12th floor, alongside a dedicated residents’ lobby.

Facilities will include a residents’ lounge and terrace, swimming pool, gym, private movement studio, spa, golf simulator, children’s playroom and meeting spaces.

The architectural and interior design approach, developed by David Chipperfield Architects in collaboration with Tihany Design, will combine contemporary architecture with carefully selected materials and finishes intended to reflect the character of the destination.

The announcement adds to Dubai’s expanding branded residential sector, where developers and hospitality groups are combining luxury property ownership with hotel-style services and lifestyle amenities.

The Four Seasons project is positioned to appeal to buyers seeking high-end residences in a central business district with access to hospitality, retail and leisure facilities. -TradeArabia News Service
