Aleph Hospitality has assumed management of Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan, effective 1 July 2026, expanding its growing Dubai portfolio.
The hotel joins Aleph’s existing managed properties,
Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek and Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences,
with the company aiming to leverage operational synergies across all three
hotels to improve efficiency and commercial performance.
Located in Al Garhoud, Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan is a
landmark property with nearly three decades of history, supported by extensive
meetings and events facilities and diverse dining options.
A recent renovation has refreshed its rooms and public areas
while retaining its Arabian hospitality character.
