Red Sea Global (RSG) has announced the opening of AMAALA Yacht Club, marking a step in establishing Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast as a global destination for luxury yachting, sailing and marine tourism.
Located within AMAALA Marina Village, the yacht
club is now welcoming founding members and visiting yachts.
Positioned around 2,000 nautical miles from
Monaco, AMAALA offers a new winter cruising destination for
the international yachting community, providing an alternative
to traditional routes to the Caribbean and Indian Ocean.

unparalleled access to the stunning Saudi Red Sea coast.

AMAALA Marina features 119 berths and can
accommodate superyachts exceeding 100 metres.
It also provides marine services, with additional
maintenance and repair facilities planned for the coming years.
The 7,900-square-metre yacht club offers dining,
leisure and social spaces, including AMAALA Lounge, ANQA, 27°C and
The Deck, as well as a rooftop pool, private meeting suites and event
areas.
The AYC Academy will provide sailing programmes
and watersports experiences for participants of all ages and
skill levels, further supporting the development of Saudi
Arabia’s sailing community.
The club is also set to play a prominent role
in international sailing, serving as a centrepiece for
the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race 2027 and hosting a
programme of international yachting events throughout the year.
Members and guests will have access to AMAALA’s
growing portfolio of luxury resorts, including Four Seasons, Six Senses,
Rosewood, Equinox and Nammos, with two additional resorts scheduled
to open in the coming months.
With average seasonal temperatures of 26°C and
lows of around 23°C, AMAALA offers year-round
cruising conditions.
The destination is also approximately 45 minutes
from Alwajh International Airport.
Designed by HKS Architects, the yacht club draws
inspiration from the Red Sea’s sculpted rock formations,
incorporating cantilevered terraces, maritime influences and
traditional Arabian architectural elements.
