Dubai Calendar has unveiled its September 2026 programme, featuring a diverse line-up of live music, comedy, theatre, ballet and sporting events across the city.
The month’s sporting
highlights include Dubai Mallathon, continuing until September 15 with free
walking and running activities across nine shopping malls. Dubai Basketball
returns to Coca-Cola Arena on September 24 for the 2026-27 season, following
the team’s first ABA League title. The season will feature 32 home games
against leading European clubs.
DEKA FIT Dubai will also take place on
September 26, challenging participants with functional fitness exercises and
running.
The entertainment
programme includes “A Night of Love and Tears” featuring Egyptian singer Ramy
Gamal and Lebanese artist Wael Jassar on September 4.
Comedians Mina Nader
and Taha Desouky will perform at Dubai Opera, while the DMC Middle East DJ
Championships will bring regional turntablists to Alserkal Avenue.
Other highlights
include Jasmine Sandlas’ Dream Girl Tour at Coca-Cola Arena, the National
Ballet of Ukraine’s “The Marriage of Figaro” at Dubai Opera, and Radhika Das’
“Lightfall” on September 20.
The programme also
features “Father Ted” at Theatre by QE2, SunSay’s Dubai debut, the 3aKa3ba
improv show, “Chanel Contre Rubinstein” and Laksh Maheshwari’s live
storytelling experience “Khushiyan.”
