Erth Abu Dhabi appoints new General Manager

Erth Hospitality, the catering facility of Erth Abu Dhabi, has welcomed Robert Kolosits as its new General Manager, marking a new chapter for the division. 

Kolosits brings with him extensive managerial experience, gained throughout his career across leading organisations in the UAE and the United Kingdom. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for Erth Hospitality, as the division continues to strengthen its position as a trusted catering partner for leading entities and high-profile initiatives across the UAE, delivering tailored culinary experiences at scale, including landmark seasonal programs such as Ramadan Iftar Box initiatives.

He excels in strategic leadership and multiple site management across varying fields, including B&I, retail, hotel, healthcare, and facility management. Additionally, Kolosits has also overseen varying projects, leading team development and simultaneously focusing on performance optimization, such as implementing new training programs and enhancing operational efficiencies across different sectors, said the company.

In his role, reporting to Chief Operating Officer of Erth Abu Dhabi, Clarke Tomlinson, his leadership will be instrumental in overseeing operations, driving business development, enhancing service standards, and supporting the continued growth and innovation of Erth’s catering services.
