THAI Airways has launched a special promotion offering a free night’s accommodation for its passengers travelling to Thailand.
The offer is applicable to passengers travelling on THAI on Royal first and Silk class or passengers that buy a Royal Orchid Holidays package on economy class tickets, and they will receive one complimentary night’s accommodation at 100 selected top hotels throughout seven cities in Thailand. Other offers are also available from Royal Orchid Holidays. Intercontinental travellers will also receive one free domestic roundtrip ticket. The Thailand Plus & More offer is valid until October 31, 2009.
Recently Pandit Chanapai, THAI’s executive vice president for commercial, said that since the beginning of the year, the company had developed many strategies to promote sales through its sales offices worldwide. This had brought about good results, evident by THAI’s cabin factor in January which was at 75 per cent on international routes and 85 per cent on domestic routes, which was higher than targeted, according to a press statement received from the airline.
