DUBAI’S first Conrad hotel, a luxurious 350-room property on Sheikh Zayed Road, is scheduled to open late 2007.
Catering to both the corporate and leisure market, the hotel will feature 220 luxurious guest and executive floor rooms, plus 130 suites and serviced apartments. Signature office and retail space will also make the Conrad Dubai a thriving addition to the community.
The hotel will also offer 12 meeting rooms and a business centre, a ballroom which can accommodate 1,100 people, innovative restaurants and bars, a nightclub and a spa and health club with an outdoor swimming pool, offering a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.
