Conrad Hamburg opens in Germany
Conrad Hamburg has opened, marking the debut of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts brand in Germany. Located in Hamburg’s historic Levantehaus, the Art Nouveau landmark dating back to 1912, the hotel features 283 rooms and suites across floors two to eight.
Designed as an art-led urban sanctuary, Conrad Hamburg showcases curated works by German contemporary artists and interiors inspired by the city’s maritime heritage. Facilities include a 1,000-square-metre spa and fitness centre, Hamburg’s longest indoor pool (opening soon), nine meeting and event venues and the Latin American-inspired GRETA OTO restaurant and bar.
The hotel is located in the heart of Hamburg’s Kunstmeile (Art Mile), within walking distance of City Hall, the Alster lakes and HafenCity.
Four Seasons unveils 2026 plans
Four Seasons has unveiled its 2026 openings including new Four Seasons properties in Naples, Florida; Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea, AMAALA and Madinah; Venice; and Gstaad, strengthening the brand’s presence in leisure, wellness and cultural hubs.
The group will also complete significant renovations at flagship hotels in Paris, Milan and Mauritius, enhancing design, sustainability and overall experience while preserving heritage.
In travel experiences, 2026 marks the launch of Four Seasons Yachts, offering ultra-luxury Mediterranean and Caribbean itineraries, alongside new Four Seasons Private Jet Experience journeys spanning multiple continents.
The Lux Collective accelerates global expansion
The Lux Collective has unveiled the next phase of its international expansion, building on strong momentum in 2025, with seven new signings and a robust pipeline across Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Middle East and Africa. Key signings include LUX Tea Horse Road Mount Tiantai* in Sichuan, LUX On The Bund Shanghai*, and LUX Xinii Victoria Falls* in Zimbabwe, spanning heritage, urban and nature-led destinations.
Led by CEO Olivier Chavy, the group continues to scale its portfolio through its flagship LUX*, sustainability-led SALT, and urban lifestyle SOCIO brands.

TUI Group scales up Asia hotel growth
TUI Group is accelerating its hotel expansion in Asia, strengthening its presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing travel markets. The Group has announced its first Robinson Club resort in China, alongside new TUI Blue signings and the upcoming brand debuts of TUI Blue in Japan and TUI Suneo in Vietnam.
TUI Hotels & Resorts currently operates 24 hotels across China and Southeast Asia and plans to add 29 new properties, moving toward a portfolio of 50+ hotels in the region. A major highlight is the Robinson Club resort at Meifan Sailing Port in the Yangtze River Delta, a sustainable development scheduled to open in January 2029.
New TUI Blue and TUI Suneo hotels are set to open from 2026.
