Kerzner signs Atlantis and One&Only resorts for Jeddah Central waterfront
Kerzner International has announced the debut of its flagship Atlantis and One&Only brands in Jeddah, in partnership with Midad Real Estate. The developments form part of the Jeddah Central masterplan and align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to transform the Red Sea waterfront into a world-class tourism and lifestyle destination.
Atlantis Jeddah will feature 800 guest rooms, suites and branded residences, alongside over 20 dining concepts, celebrity chef-led restaurants, lounges and nightlife venues. The resort will also introduce Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost Chambers Aquarium, and marine experiences tailored for year-round appeal. A spa sanctuary, luxury retail, and MICE facilities round out the offering.
One&Only Jeddah will include suites, villas and the brand’s first Private Homes in Saudi Arabia. Designed as a coastal enclave, the resort will reflect Jeddah’s corniche heritage through contemporary architecture. Guests will enjoy seven gastronomic venues, Club One with padel and pickleball courts, and immersive cultural programming.
Both properties will be developed with sustainability in mind, supporting local communities and preserving the surrounding land and sea. Located 30 minutes from Jeddah International Airport, the site is positioned to elevate the city’s global hospitality profile.
The project of this scale is expected to serve as a model for integrated tourism destinations, reinforcing the Kingdom’s ambition to lead in luxury, innovation and experiential travel.
