Anantara has announced the management team for its luxury waterfront Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort for its opening. Leading the team is General Manager Ramsey Saarany, who brings two decades of experience in premium hospitality. Siva Bhaskar Reddy is the Director of Operations after an exceptional ten-year period with the Minor Hotels family. With almost 30 years of accounting experience, Ravindra Gamage is the Director of Finance for the resort; at the head of human operations is Director of People and Culture Rudaina Sa’ad. Director of Sales & Marketing, Sarah Hammond, is a highly successful commercial leader, while Director of Revenue is Sergiy Maystrenko, who has over 12 years’ experience in finance. Driving excellence across the resort’s catering operations is Director of Food & Beverage, Andrew Vieira, who brings almost two decades of experience in some of the Middle East’s most prestigious properties. Rui Sousa joins Anantara as Director of Engineering after an impressive career as Engineering Manager that has taken him from China to the UAE.
