Riyadh’s iconic hotel rebranded

Al Faisaliah Hotel, one of the most sought-after addresses in Saudi Arabia, has officially rebranded as Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah, Riyadh. This marks Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s debut in the kingdom, bringing its legendary service to a landmark in the heart of Riyadh.

Seamlessly blending contemporary luxury with Arabian design elements, Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah now features refreshed interiors, advanced spa and wellness treatments, innovative dining outlets, and a whole new world of entertainment.

 

Central Hotels & Resorts plans expansion

Central Hotels & Resorts, a leading name in the hospitality industry, has set a goal of 3.5 per cent overall growth in both revenue and occupancies this year. Building on the positive trends observed in 2023, the group is set to embark on a strategic expansion programme, with a sharp focus on key international markets.

The year will see a targeted approach, with a specific emphasis on capturing the burgeoning travel markets of the CIS and East European regions, the group said. Additionally, Central Hotels & Resorts aims to make substantial inroads into the dynamic travel landscapes of China and Central Asia, aligning its strategy with observed trends and tapping into the vast potential these markets hold.

 

Radisson opens Vivid Jeddah Hotel

Radisson Hotel Group has opened Vivid Jeddah Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals, in Jeddah. This marks the opening of the first Radisson Individuals hotel in the Middle East, further solidifying the froup’s growing footprint in the region and Saudi Arabia, with a portfolio of 43 hotels in operation and development in the country, and five hotels in the city of Jeddah.

Strategically located in the prime area of Al Hamra, Vivid Jeddah Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals is near many corporate businesses and just a short walk from Jeddah Corniche. The hotel boasts 339 elegantly designed rooms, including 30 exquisite suites, and a magnificent royal suite.

 

IHG introduces Vignette Collection

IHG Hotels & Resorts has introduced the region’s first Vignette Collection brand and the first luxury beach resort of IHG in the UAE with the opening of Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Vignette Collection.

Presenting 132 rooms and suites, Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort is the sixth property to join IHG Hotels & Resorts’ first collection brand with ambitions to reach 100 properties in 10 years.

Situated on Palm Jumeirah’s Western Crescent, the resort’s features include private beach access, captivating infinity pools, expansive terraces, private cabanas, a vibrant kids club, a basketball court, water sports, events centre, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

 

Kempinski adds two major hotels in Dubai

Kempinski Hotels has doubled its footprint in Dubai after signing a partnership with Abu Dhabi National Hotels to rebrand two iconic properties. Since January 1, the Kempinski flag has been hoisted above Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai, formerly Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall, respectively.

Rising 72 storeys high, Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai is steps away from attractions including Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera and the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa. The urban resort is home to 198 well-appointed rooms and suites and a collection of elegant residences.

Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai with its 245 luxurious rooms and suites is conveniently connected to The Dubai Mall.
