Hilton has appointed Arthur Timlin as the Food and Beverage Director at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa. He brings more than 16 years of food and beverage experience. Timlin moves to the resort from Conrad on Sheikh Zayed Road, where he was responsible for the entire F&B operation.
