Hertz Saudi Arabia has expanded its network of car rental locations across the Kingdom by opening two new branches, while at the same time adding 200 brand new vehicles to its fleet.

The opening of the new car rental locations, in Al Bayan in Jeddah, and in the Kakia district in Makkah, means that Al Wasilah Rent A Car, the Hertz international franchisee in Saudi, now operates 21 Hertz branches throughout the country.

The new vehicles include the 2003 models Nissan Sunny and Maxima, the Nissan Infinity and the Nissan Patrol. They join a selection of economy vehicles, mid-sized sedans and 4x4s, including the Mazda 323, Mazda M6, Mercury Sable, Mercury Grand Marquis, and the Kia Rio.

“The opening of the two new branches, and the further upgrading of our fleet, is part of our ongoing commitment to car rental users in Saudi,” said Ahmed Wasiffi, assistant general manager of Al-Wasilah Rent a Car. Hertz Saudi Arabia is also offering VIP levels of car rental benefits for Saudi American Bank (Samba) credit cardholders.
