Gulf Air plans flights to Cochin

Gulf Air has announced its intention to commence flights to Cochin from July 1, 2003.

"Gulf Air is in the final stages of completing formalities to operate four flights each week between Abu Dhabi and Cochin in Kerala, using Airbus A-320 aircraft," said Fareed Alalawi, vice-president network services, Gulf Air.

The services will provide more conveniences to Keralites living in Gulf Air's owner states and will become Gulf Air's fifth destination in India. Gulf Air currently flies to Bombay, Delhi, Madras and Trivandrum.
