Marriott International has announced the opening of two new properties, in Thailand and in Spain. Mayfair, Marriott Executive Apartments, Bangkok, is Marriott's first extended stay lodging property in Thailand, while the Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort and Spa is located in Spain.
The Mayfair, Marriott Executive apartments is an upscale apartment complex for business executives who plan to stay in Bangkok for more than a month at a time or for travellers who need more space. The 164-unit property is situated in Bangkok's central business district and offers exceptional views of the city through the floor-to-ceiling windows in each unit. Apartments range in size from 54-to-186 sq m and are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom units, all with full facilities. Located on the Gulf of Valencia coast, the 186-room Denia Marriott La Sella Resort boasts an 18-hole golf course at the base of Montgo Mountain, and a 1,200-metre spa. The resort offers a wide range of food and beverage outlets.
