Signatures restaurant is Dubai's newest fine dining outlet recently opened at the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa.
Situated in the resort's Palm Tree Court property, Signatures features a varied menu with a heavy French influence as well as a selection of over 60 varieties of grapes from France and other areas of the world. A large proportion of the menu includes fine dining ingredients such as goose liver, caviar and lobster, presented in an artistic manner. The ambience and decor of Signatures mirrors that of a French fine dining establishment. Slate and stone floors mix with ochre and cream stucco walls to compliment the wrought iron decor and ivory tablecloths, giving visitors the feeling of having walked into a modern, yet traditional French fine dining restaurant. Piano music completes the European ambience, says a spokesman. The Signatures restaurant overlooks the Palm Tree Court's saltwater swimming pool, the beach and the beautiful gardens and is open every evening except Mondays. Managed by Nicholas Campos, Signatures looks set to become the ultimate fine dining experience for residents and visitors alike.
