
Staff at The Palace Boutique Hotel in Bahrain undertook a series of inter-department classes held by sous chefs Anton Vijith, Jamdar Vishwas and Wakil Ahmed of the Orangery Tea Room & Patisserie and Masso Restaurant, which offered practical lessons in kitchen. A department-specific set of sessions were held in order to truly orient staff with outlet concept and operations. Sessions in soft, personal and life skills were also offered to all staff.
