The Award of Excellence is given out by Booking.com to properties on an annual basis in honour of their achievements over the past year as measured by their overall guest review score.The property achieved an overall review score of 8.5 on Booking.com for 2014, with thousands of reviews by guests from around the world, who have consistently praised the outstanding hospitality, excellent service and unparalleled leisure facilities.Meanwhile, a corporate training seminar was also carried out at The Domain Hotel & Spa recently by Kelly Armatage and Stephen Daniel, assistant general manager. Subjects covered were sales processes, leadership, procrastination, upselling, conflict resolution and emotional energy management.
