IN collaboration with Dubai World Trade Centre, Accor Middle East is planning to develop the largest ibis hotel in the region with 588 keys at the upcoming Dubai World Trade Centre District. This new property is expected to be the largest economy hotel in the Middle East, further strengthening Accor’s long-standing partnership with Dubai World Trade Centre.

Construction of the ibis Dubai World Trade Centre District hotel is scheduled to begin soon, with completion due in the final quarter of 2015, in line with the delivery of the first phase of the Dubai World Trade Centre District development. The hotel is expected to open in the first quarter next year. After the recent opening of its first ibis hotel in Yanbu, Al Ahlam Holding is expanding its development with the new ibis in Saudi Arabia. The new ibis Madinah Road in Jeddah will have 300 units, and is scheduled to open in 2018.
