A team of volunteers from the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel in Dubai, UAE, was among the entrants for the Walkathon held in Safa Park, Dubai, in aid of the ninth annual World Down Syndrome Day. Aimed at raising awareness of the genetic disorder, the walkathon attracted more 1,500 participants and was a festive family occasion with face painting, balloons, free ice cream and water.
