Gulf Air has appointed Maher Salman Al Musallam as deputy chief executive officer. Al Musallam brings a wealth of experience to Gulf Air, gained from a career spanning 35 years in the Royal Bahraini Air Force. Reporting directly to the CEO, he will oversee all operational aspects of the business.

Hyatt Hotels Dubai has appointed Samer Arnouk as the associate director of sales – GCC. Arnouk started his career with Hyatt in 2001 at Hyatt Regency Dubai in the banquets department. He held several positions before being promoted to sales executive in 2005 and sales manager for Grand Hyatt Dubai in 2008.
