AUSTRIA based Kinderhotels is focusing on childcare these summer holidays, so taking the stress away from families travelling with young children.
Kinderhotels has rooms equipped with every conceivable facility for babies, and trained staff to keep children aged from seven days upwards well looked after, occupied and entertained. The properties are located in several cities across Austria, Germany and Switzerland, are upmarket four and five star hotels.
Among the offerings (depending on property and location) are rooms with a baby alarm and baby equipment, plus eight hours of babysitting time per day included in the room tariff; an assigned child minder for the duration of a guest’s stay at no extra charge; a wizard school for children six years and up; free swimming lessons for children over three months old; a children’s park where they are taken on pony rides, fishing trips, fairytale hikes and tractor rides; plus farms where children can interact with the animals such as sheep, horses and chickens and even enjoy home grown organic fruits, eggs and jams.
Kinderhotels’ room rate also includes a buffet breakfast, midday meal, afternoon tea and a dinner with full table service; free ice cream cones for kids; childcare for up to 60 hours a week, six days a week.
