Gulf investors welcomed at Brazil eco resort

AN “eco island” resort is to be developed in a sheltered bay off the northeastern coast of Brazil at the Island of Cajaíba.
Washed by the south Atlantic’s warm waters, the island is soon to become one of the most exclusive five star eco resorts in the world according to real estate developer Property Logic, which is currently offering selected partnership and investment opportunities.
Blessed with natural beauty, palm trees, mangroves and idyllic beaches, Ilha de Cajaíba is expected to be “the ultimate five star paradise” providing all the first class amenities of a modern resort. The resort community set in Baia de Todos os Santos in Salvador will include 2,000 holiday homes consisting of apartments, villas and boat houses, as well as nine five star hotels.
Set in 1,100 hectares of nature reserve, the resort will be a car free zone and will feature an education centre, nature trail, mangrove protection centre and will offer guests educational courses and activities.
Other amenities include a golf course (27 holes) and clubhouse designed by Robert Trent Jones II, a marina,water sports and yacht club, diving school, football and tennis grounds, an equestrian centre  plus shopping centres, restaurants, spas, a heliport, nature education centre and a mangrove trail.
The region is served by Salvador International Airport, a 50 minute drive to São Francisco do Conde. The island is a five minute boat ride from São Francisco do Conde. Once completed, the resort will also be accessible via a ferry service from Salvador.
Property Logic is also involved in a Moroccan development at Le Jardin de Fleur.
