Burj Al Arab scooped one of the most prestigious awards at World Travel Awards - Middle East’s Leading Hotel.
It topped a string of awards for some of the region’s most respected hotels in the overall Middle East section, including praise for The Palm Jumeirah, Nakheel which won the award for Middle East’s Leading Tourism Development Project.
Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa was named Leading Beach Resort, Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, the Leading Resort.
The Leading New Hotel went to The Monarch Dubai and Rotana Hotels won Leading Hotel Brand.
The Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi received the coveted Leading Conference Hotel and Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa in Dubai took the award for Leading Green Hotel.
Regent Seven Seas was voted Middle East’s Leading Cruise Line.
