Thai Airways International has been ranked in the top 10 of three categories of the latest survey by SmartTravelAsia.Com magazine for the top 10 best airlines in the world.
The airline was voted second in cabin service and third in the top 10 airlines and the top 10 business class categories. This is the fourth consecutive year that the airline has been among the top 10 airlines out of 100.
Poll participants came from all over the world and cited THAI’s cabin crew’s attentive and friendly service were prime reasons when making their choices in the poll.

In 2007 Thai Airways won first place for the same first class lounge facilities. The lounge can accommodate 174 passengers, who are provided with the expected levels of comfort, food and beverage plus showers and entertainment and business facilities.
The pièce de résistance though, is the Royal Orchid Spa where there are three spa suites that include a jacuzzi and tropical rain facilities, available on a first come first served basis.
The spa, featuring L’Occitane products for the showers and hand basins complete with fresh lotus flowers and orchids as décor, is available to Thai’s Royal first class passengers who can receive a complimentary 75 minute full body massage. Star
There is also a gym plus a foot massage and a Thai neck and shoulder massage is also available in a dedicated area nearby.
Guests in the first class lounge also have access to the business class lounge facilities. Royal Silk (business) class passengers are also offered a complimentary 30 minute reflexology/neck and shoulder massage.
